ShareCro (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website https://sharecro.in and the ShareCro application (the “Service”). This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it. ShareCro is operated by an individual sole proprietor based in India.

  • Contact information: your WhatsApp number (if you choose to verify it).
  • Instagram data: when you connect your Instagram account, we access your profile information, posts, comments, and the ability to send direct messages, strictly as authorized by you through Meta's official login.
  • Payment information: processed by our payment provider; we do not store your card details.
  • Usage data: how you interact with the Service, for analytics and improvement.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and operate the Service, automate Instagram direct messages on your behalf, process payments, send you transactional and service emails, provide support, and improve the product.

3. Third-Party Services

We share data with the following providers only as needed to operate the Service:

  • Meta / Instagram — we integrate with Meta's Instagram APIs to provide automation features. We process Instagram data only as authorized by you and in accordance with Meta's Platform Terms.
  • Razorpay — payment processing.
  • Google — authentication and analytics.
  • OpenAI — AI-powered reply features.
  • Cloud hosting and storage providers — to run the Service.

4. Instagram / Meta Data

When you connect Instagram, your access token is encrypted and stored securely. We never see or store your Instagram password. We use your Instagram data solely to deliver the automation features you configure. You can disconnect your Instagram account at any time, which stops all access.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is removed after a 30-day grace period, except where we are required to retain certain records by law.

6. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time from your account settings, or by contacting us. As a user in India, you have rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

7. Data Security

We use encryption and industry-standard measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, but we work to protect your information.

8. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
