These Terms govern your use of ShareCro (the “Service”) at https://sharecro.in, operated by an individual sole proprietor based in India. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
ShareCro provides Instagram comment-to-DM automation tools for creators and businesses, including automated direct messages, lead collection, and analytics.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to connect the Instagram account you use with the Service.
You agree to use the Service in compliance with Instagram's and Meta's terms and policies, and all applicable laws. You will not use the Service to send spam, harassing, deceptive, or unlawful messages. You are responsible for the content of the automated messages you configure.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
The Service offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan billed in Indian Rupees (INR) through our payment provider, Razorpay. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, available at https://sharecro.in/refund.
The Service depends on Meta/Instagram APIs. We are not responsible for changes, limitations, or outages caused by Meta or other third parties. Access to features may change if Meta changes its platform.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or Meta's policies. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShareCro is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for loss arising from third-party platform changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the courts of India.
